Why should I take a break?

I just got out of a relationship not to long ago.Im allready over it. I didnt think it was worth the time to be upset about. My cousin told me she thinks I need to take a break from guys. Why sit around and take a break when I could be out meeting people. She told me she just didnt want me to rush into a relationship which is fine,but If I meet someone I meet someone.I wanna meet peoplpe and make friends.She should be happy for me that Im not sittin around being upset over it right?Not telling me I need a break from guys. I have only had 1 relationship so its not like ive always gone out and met a bunch of guys and stuff.Im not in a hurry to get into another relationship but I would like to meet people so why sit around and take a break?
