Football jv summer workout 2 a days and pads?

Right now we're using no pads, but I'm a bit worried when we do. (In august) I'm worried about how much harder practice will be with pads. What do you do when you have your pads? Also 2 a days is the week before school I believe and what do you do there? I know it's just 2 practices and I can handle practice right now because right after I go play basketball, but is it that much harder? What we do right now is, stretch, hit the sleds, condition, offensive or defensive drills, then individual groups, after that its weight room or a short 7 on 7.
