Stop being so obvious about liking him?

I constantly try to "bump into" him wherever he goes, I glance at him during cl, etc, yet sometimes totally ignore him. How can I subtly be flirtatious and friendly without making it too obvious that I like him, yet not send mixed signals or act like I don't care at all?
