Shouldn't the NFC playoffs just be between the East and South?

Really come on there are no good teams in the North or West. Atlanta is kicking Minnesota's *** and Arizona has sunk to the level of the rest of their division. There are really no good teams outside of the East and South. Let them all battle it out.
