Do you think my friend is too dramatic?

My friend recently had a birthday party on a Saturday and she invited me, except she changed it to a Sunday. She had texted me two days before and asked me if I could make it. I replied stating that I could probably make it and I also clicked on "maybe attending" on Facebook. The next day, on Monday she came up to me, during cl and harshly said "thanks for telling me you couldn't come" I said to her that I texted her and that I put it on Facebook. She lied to me and said that she didn't get the text and she walked away from me. When cl ended she ignored me and left me alone and walked off with my friends. You know I would totally understand if I missed an event that she paid for but the fact that I would have to pay for the meal, karaoke and transportation didn’t make things any easier. And this isn’t the first time she’s done this. What do you guys think?
