C'MON EZ 10 PTS! What is the difference between a "PROSECUTING ATTORNEY" and a "DEPUTY PROSECUTOR"?

Someone must know! I can't even find out by googling. Please help. I need to know ASAP. I'm considering hiring a former deputy prosecutor but I'd like to know what that means. I know what a prosecuting attny. is of course.
