I want to write a song, how do i get rid of writers block?

Are there any ways to get rid of writers block? 2010 was an insane year for me and i want to write songs about it (possibly an album) because i love to write and sing and my friends mom knows a guy that owns a record company... But how do i get rid of my writers block? Ive tried so many things but cant come up with anything... Help! Ive tried writing out ideas and then puting it in a song, listening to music while trying to write (which only makes it worse...) writing ideas from dreams i had, etc... But i still cant get rid of my writers block!
