Is this going to make my ringworm worse? PLEEAAAASEEEEEEE READ!!!!!!!!!!!?

alright my boyfriend is coming over today and i have ringworm on my arm so if i wear long sleeves will this make my ringworm worse? (ive been treating my ringworm wih lotrimin for about a week and 2 days maybe
