Why did Republicans celebrate when Saddam Hussein was captured and killed but upset when Osama was killed?

Weren't the republicans in favor of capturing and killing Osama? Why are they so against it now -that it has been done on a Demoncrats' watch? What happened to pi-partisan agreement which both parties looked forward to during the elections? Why are we so split now but gung-ho for cooperation during the election?
