Why is my office computer doing this?

A lot of ppl have been complaining that websites are blocked at the office. my computer has blocked pretty much all my websites and other ppl are having the same issues. we can no longer go to pogo.com or any other site with games, we cant go to myspace or face book. How do you un block these sites on a office computer?
