Re-Bandaging a Tattoo?

Today i got a new tattoo. Its small and on the bottom of my neck. i kept the bandage on for about 3 hours and then washed it. I then put Bacitracin on it lightly. It keeps bleeding ink and i was wondering if i could put a small sterile ABD Pad on it overnight to keep it from getting stuck to my clothes and staining my pillow and etc.?
