My Dog is 56 days pregnant and her temperature is at 99.5 degrees. Should I expect her to go into labor soon?

Baylie is a Golden Retriever and is 3 years old. This is her first pregnancy. She is panting on and off and keeps nipping at her belly. Right now she is lying down, but if I move anywhere, she follows me completely stuck to my heels. She is breathing heavily and jerky though not panting at the moment. She was nesting yesterday (her temperature was 100.4), but she isn't nesting today. She tried to nest under my bed but we blocked it off. We have a pre-made nest for her. Should I expect her to go into labor in the next 24 hours? What do I do?
