How do I get to the spot to push the boulder down to Aslef in Distortion World on Pokemon Platinum?

So I'm in distortion world and I've got the boulders in by Mesprit and Uxie but I cant figure out how to get up to Aslef to push the boulder down to him :( can someone help me?
