Bathing suit policy at water country usa?

I am planning my honeymoon at Busch Gardens and Water Country USA in Williamsburg, Virginia this summer. I have read their bathing suit policy. It says you can wear shorts and a tee-shirt but cant wear the tee-shirt on the body flumes.. can anyone help me. I am a bigger girl and I dont want to wear a bathing suit..oh do I not want to. Has anyone been there and can help explain this better...thanks a million.
